反省 - "self-reflection"
Hansei (反省-"self-reflection") is a central idea in Japanese culture, meaning to acknowledge one's own mistake and to pledge improvement. The closest translation to English would be "Insight into oneself is the first step to improvement".
Hansei Ltd is focused on this Japanese principle of reflecting on individual and business performance, learning from the outcome, and making improvement.
Our approach is to work with business leaders to enable these individuals to adopt a different approach through coaching, mentoring & consulting. Mark Noakes
Mark started his career within the automotive industry as an engineer. His career progressed into lean manufacturing consultancy working with Japanese Master Engineers seconded from the automotive world in Japan. Operations leadership then followed moving into FMCG running operations and supply chains. Most recently Mark has led end to end value stream establishment, and improvement directing business transformation, Organisational improvement, people development though coaching, mentoring and consulting.
